11:30 AM-12:00 PM | Cultivating Innovation: Informal Conversations with RI’s Economic Gardener

Join us for an informal conversation, led by Tuni Schartner, Executive Director of District Hall & Venture Café Providence and RI’s Economic Gardener. Every week Tuni leads the conversation with thought leaders from around Rhode Island touching on a number of topics important for innovators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.

Join SeaAhead as they celebrate the Finalists from the 2020-2021 Blue Green Innovation Challenge. Finalists will pitch their concepts and answer questions from the audience about their innovations. SeaAhead will announce the winners and award prizes to the first, second, and third place finalists.

 

SeaAheadNational Grid, and the Cambridge Innovation Center established the BlueGreen Innovation Challenge to support novel approaches to interconnected challenges in Rhode Island. This systems design competition leveraged one of the southern New England’s key assets – its university students – to conceive and develop big ideas at the intersection of energy, food system, and urban and coastal communities and ecosystems.
